Facebook Messenger New Update


Social media giant Facebook has made video conferencing app Messenger Rooms live from today.  In such a situation, now any user can install and use it from Google PlayStore.  The company announced that the World Wide Messenger Rooms app will be available from today.  This private video conferencing app will be able to connect up to 50 users at a time.


 Users of Messenger Room will be able to use Android, iOS, Window and MacOS operating systems.  To use the Messenger Room app, the latest version of Facebook and the Messenger App will have to be updated from the Google Play Store.  Meaning Messenger Rooms will be able to be created in Facebook Messenger itself and it can be shared in news feeds or different groups and events.

Users do not have to have a Facebook account to use Messenger Rooms.  While launching the company's latest tool, Facebook had said that the user hosting a messenger room will have all the controls and will be able to lock or unlock the room as per the requirement.  The company says that there is no limit to how long a chat room will remain open.  According to Zuckerberg, in the coming days, Messenger Rooms will be updated with new features.



Facebook Messenger Video Calling


Video conferencing app Messenger Room has been brought by Facebook at a time when the demand for video conferencing app is being recorded in lockdown.  According to the report, by April 21, the number of users using the zoom app had crossed 300 million users.  At the beginning of April, the number of daily users of the Zoom app was 200 million.  After the huge demand for zoom, other video conferencing apps like Google and Microsoft are also bringing new updates.
